2008 is the third year of the implementation of the Sydney Catholic Schools 'Towards 2010' Strategic Leadership and Management Plan. The Archdiocesan Annual Development Plan provides the framework within which the CEO, Sydney develops Team Achievement Plans, to be progressively implemented throughout 2008.

The 2008 CEO, Sydney planning framework is informed by the two significant new Church documents published during 2007 which call educational leaders, pastors, staff, parents and the broader community to address the challenges facing Catholic education in the 21st century.

CEO teams will monitor and evaluate the implementation of Team Achievement Plans during the year, with outcomes of the annual evaluation included in the CEO/SACS Board's Annual Report to the Archdiocesan school community.
