Two paper forms (plus other support documents) are to be submitted by the applicant to the Catholic Education Office, Sydney. These forms will automatically have your data entered from the personal information you give in the first stage of the online application.
Adobe PDF format. Most computers have PDF reader software already installed, but if you wish to install it, you can do so from the Adobe site.
By default, the online application system will print the forms to fit in one A4 page, but due to individual printer settings, this can be overruled.
Please ensure that your printer settings allow the forms to print clearly in 1 FULL PAGE.
Depending on your teacher qualifications and time of employment history, you may or may not need to seek Teacher Accreditation from the NSWIoT.
If you are required to complete a Teacher Accreditation form, the system will redirect you to the NSWIoT portal http://www.nswteachers.nsw.edu.au/My-Account.html.

Once you have completed the NSWIoT Accreditation Online form, you will need to enter the application number back on the CEO Teacher Classification online form. Remember, you can log back into your application using your receipt number and date of birth.
All documentation requested by the NSWIoT Teacher Accreditation online form will need to be sent together with the documentation requested by the CEO Teacher Classification Online form to the Catholic Education Office, Sydney. CEO will ensure that your NSWIoT accreditation application is processed as required.
