Key staff in the CEO's Central and Regional Offices provide a range of services to parents and parent bodies in schools.

The Parent/Community Educator or Parent Liaison Officer works with the Regional teams and the Executive of the Federation of Catholic School Parents in strengthening the role of parents as partners in the teaching and learning activities of their children.  The Parent/Community Educator is also available to work with individual parent organisations on issues that are school-specific

Parent enquiries should usually be directed to the school the child attends.  They may also contact the Regional Office for assistance and advice.
