Funding grants available
Additional money for Catholic school building projects became available in 2006 through the Investing in Our Schools Programme. This is additional to the existing Capital Grants Programme, under the Australian Government's .
To get the full story about how governments fund schools you need to take into account both Federal and State funding as well as contributions from parents.
CEO Sydney has produced an information leaflet to help to clarify how Catholic systemic schools are funded.
