As partners with parents, and in the context of the evangelising mission of the Church, the endeavours of the Catholic Education Office (CEO), Sydney throughout 2007 were focused on sustaining communities of schools founded on the love of Jesus Christ and educating students in compassion.

Overview

This Annual Report covers the activities of the Sydney Archdiocesan Catholic Schools (SACS) Board and the Catholic Education Office (CEO), Sydney for the period 1 January to 31 December 2007.

The activities listed in the report underpin the clear focus on our students. Parents, as partners in education, entrust to Catholic schools, its Principals and teachers the responsibility to offer their children an integrated and high-quality education. The Catholic Education Office commits itself to providing those children and young people with the knowledge, skills and values to live a full Christian and civic life.
