The Opening night for The Clancy Prize 2009 will be held on Friday 27 March at ACU National Gallery at Strathfield. This exhibition will be open to all students in Sydney's Catholic Secondary Schools.

The advertising poster for the 2009 exhibition designed by Byron Hurst from De La Salle Cronulla, features original artwork from past Clancy Prize exhibitors. The theme for the exhibition is as follows:

"You are the salt of the earth...
you are the light of the world"  Matt 5: 13-14

2008 Exhibition Highlights...

On Friday 7th March 2008, the opening night and awards ceremony was held at ACU Strathfield.

Michael Da Silva a Year 12 student from Christian Brothers' High School Lewisham, was awarded The Clancy Prize for 2008, and Joe Nassif a Year 12 student also from Christian Brothers' High School Lewisham, was awarded The Brian Jordan Prize.

Stephanie Azzi a Year 12 student from St Charbel's College, Punchbowl was awarded the Monsignor Tony Doherty Prize.

Congratulations to all the winners and all the participants in this years Exhibition. Your valued support is greatly appreciated.
