All Catholic Primary Schools (including Congregational) in the Archdiocese of Sydney are eligible for membership of the Council. Membership will be effected by payment of the annual affiliation fee as determined by the Council Executive for a particular school year. Because of the large number of catholic primary schools across Sydney, the Archdiocese has been divided into 3 regions - Inner West, East and South. Within these regions, schools are then divided into clusters:

St George & Eastern Suburbs clusters

Southern Region

Endeavour, Bankstown & Liverpool clusters
