ESL Learners newly arrived in Australia may be eligible to receive intensive English support from the Archdiocesan Primary New Arrivals Service.

This service is largely funded through the New Arrivals element of the Commonwealth Government's Targeted Programs for Schools which places ESL Resource teachers (New Arrivals) in Base schools from which each teacher works in a geographically convenient cluster of schools.

The Program aims to assist in a limited period of time, eligible New Arrival students in the acquisition of English language and where appropriate, to provide links with family, school and community.  For further information on New Arrivals Program please contact:
