The Year 6 Religious Education Test was conducted on Wednesday 18 June 2008 in schools in the Archdiocese of Sydney and in the dioceses of Armidale, Lismore and Wilcannia-Forbes. In total 7335 students sat for the test.

This year the test consisted of 50 multiple choice questions only, and did not have the short answer section that has been in recent previous years.

Feedback so far has indicated that students felt positive about the test and enjoyed doing it. Feedback forms were included in the test package but can also be completed on RE Online. 

Answer sheets are now being processed for marking and will be sent to Educational Assessment Australia (EAA) on Friday 27 June. Schools must have answer sheets in to Leichhardt by Wednesday 25 June. Results will be sent to schools early in Term 3. Results will also be available on the EAA website and information about accessing this will be in the results package.
